This is great if you want fast results in rehab, sports specific or weight loss. Our personal trainer will work closely with you to assess your fitness level, design a suitable program and guide you to reach your fitness goals.   TABATA CLASS  
This Class will push you to your outer limits mentally and physically. Ideal for those with recent exercise history. It is a timed interval training class using industrial timer. We use Kettlebell, Bodyweight, Medball and dumbbells to give you one the highest calorie blitzing. 
What you need. Bring weight gloves but not necessary, water and towel/mat comfortable clothing and sports shoes .

  FREESTYLE CLASS 

Our Kettlebell Class is a weight based class using weighted cast iron balls with handles to give you one of most demanding full body work out.  KB training is liken to doing Weight training and sprinting all at once giving you one of the most intense calorie burning class around. Ideal for those who are bored with normal classes and have plateau with their training. "Plateau Buster Class". 
What you need to bring? Weight gloves or cotton inners, water, towel, sport shoes and training clothing. 
 
Kettlebell training is the fastest way to burn calories resulting is fastest way to lose weight and toned muscles.

  BOXING CLASS
Our Boxing Class is a full body cardio exercise. We will work with beginners to advance clients with pad work, kicking, skipping and various boxing combination. An excellent class for those who want to let off some steam. Very popular with women. Boxing help you tone your arms, shoulder, stomach, legs and butt. You burn a lot of calories and toning your full body at the same time. What you need. Bring your own gloves but we will provide one if you don't have one, water and towel/mat, comfortable clothing and sport shoes. 
 
Cardio Boxing Class
