Effective Momentum Fitness Bootcamp is a 6 weeks program. It is our most intense training class. 
 
Our Bootcamp incorporates various training drills/disciplined from Boxing, Kettlebell, Rope, Sand Bag, Harness, Tyres, Running/Sprinting, Plyometrics and good old military style plus!!!!
We promise you will be challenged physically and mentally out of your comfort zone. Weigh in and measurements beginning every cycle to ensure we document your progress.

WHERE:
  • Tregear Reserve. Park opposite 46 Wilkes Crescent Tregear


HOW MUCH:
  •  4-5 sessions per week. $50 per week
  •  3 sessions per week. $45 per week
  •  2 sessions per week $35 per week
  •  1 session per week $20 


HOW LONG and DATE:
  •  One hour 15 min per session
  •  Mon  6:30pm to 7:45pm
  •  Tue    6:30pm to 7:45pm
  •  Wed  6:30pm to 7:45pm
  •  Thur  6:30pm to 7:45pm
  •  Fri     6:30pm to 7:45pm
  •  Sat    7:30am to 8:45am


WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
  • Water, towel/mat, comfortable clothing, sports shoes and your inner mongrel to have a go. 
  • If you have a medical condition, please ensure that you obtain medical clearance from your GP.


  • Remember Rain Hail or Shine it is BOOTCAMP Time.
